Candidate Privacy Policy

Who this policy is for
This policy explains how WizMatch (operated by Wizmatch Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.) collects, uses, and shares information about candidates during the hiring process. It supplements our general Privacy Policy — read this one if you’ve applied for a role, submitted your profile, or been contacted by WizMatch about a job opportunity.
What candidate data we collect
We collect your name and contact details, the experience and skills information in your resume/CV or profile, your responses to any screening questions, and records of our communications with you about specific roles.
How we use candidate data
We use your information to evaluate your fit against open roles, to run the Skill and Suitability Verification stage of the WISE Hiring Method™ where applicable, and to keep you informed about the status of your application or profile.
Sharing with hiring companies
When you’re a potential fit for a specific role, WizMatch shares the relevant parts of your profile with the hiring company for that role. [DATA-SHARING WORKFLOW TO BE CONFIRMED] — the exact point in the process at which your profile is shared (for example, before or after you’re told which company/role it relates to) will be documented here once our internal process is finalised and legally reviewed; we don’t want to describe a workflow we haven’t locked down. We do not sell candidate data to anyone.
Retention and deletion
We retain candidate information for as long as reasonably needed to consider you for relevant roles and to maintain our business records, after which it may be deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time — see below.
Your rights & withdrawing consent
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the candidate information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to be considered for future roles, at any time by emailing us using the address below. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect any processing we’ve already lawfully completed.
