What Wizmatch does

Wizmatch sources, screens, and shortlists tech and marketing talent for full-time or contract roles. Submitting a hiring enquiry does not create a contract for services — engagement terms (fees, timelines, exclusivity) are agreed separately once we scope your role on a hiring-audit call.

No guarantee of placement

While we take care in sourcing and screening candidates, Wizmatch does not guarantee that any specific role will be filled within a given timeline, or that any candidate we shortlist will accept an offer or remain in the role. Final hiring decisions, offers, and employment terms are between you and the candidate.

Termination

We may suspend or discontinue any part of this website at any time, and may decline to proceed with any enquiry, without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wizmatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website or our staffing services, including hiring or placement outcomes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
