How this applies to our process

Every candidate goes through the same Skill and Suitability Verification stage of the WISE Hiring Method™, regardless of background — we don’t apply different screening standards to different candidates for the same role. We expect the same standard from the hiring companies we work with and will raise a concern directly if we believe a client’s requirement is discriminatory.
